Under Decree-Law No. 9-A/95 of February 16, 1995, the public company of posts and telecommunications was split, officially creating Correios de Cabo Verde on January 1, 1995. Headquartered in Praia, the company has been a member of the Universal Postal Union since September 30, 1976. Its service operations include traditional mail, express mail (EMS), international money transfers via MoneyGram, transit logistics, and autonomous smart locker solutions named KASIF. |
