The GLS app for Android allows you to track the shipments of your online purchases from our parcel and courier transport company. As a recipient of GLS parcels, you will be aware of the states of your shipment simply by accessing the app. If you register in My GLS, the GLS shipments that have your registration telephone number will automatically appear in your session and you will receive notifications informing you the evolution of the same, in addition to the emails related to the service contracted by the sender. We suggest you enter your phone number correctly in your online purchases to avoid possible errors in the recording of shipments. If you decide not to register, you can manually enter the tracking number and zip code to track the progress of your domestic and international shipments. Remember that in the tracking you can check the delivery options that your shipment has, among which is "Pick up at a convenience point", an option recommended for those people who cannot be found at the destination address and require a wide schedule of delivery.
