Tasks:

• Development and implementation of the company's commercial strategy
• Strategic planning, construction / reorganization of the international sales system
• Definition of sales channels, active participation in negotiations with potential and current clients
• Management of the Department of International Sales
• Search for new markets and distribution channels
• Drawing up sales plans and monitoring their implementation
• Formation of pricing policy
• Coordination of marketing activities
• Budgeting
• Analysis of market potential and competitors

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience from 5 years (development director, commercial director, sales director);
• Knowledge of players in e-com markets, logistics services;
• Experience in successful personal and team sales (give examples);
• Experience in conducting presentations;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of accounting;
• Basic knowledge in the field of administrative and fiscal legislation;
• Experience in bringing the brand to the market or successful sales development (facts);
• Experience in recruitment;
• Skills for forecasting and planning sales;
• Presentation skills, high level of English (oral and written, ability to negotiate);
• Leadership, responsibility, managerial and personal maturity, decency, ability to interact in a team, systematic, enterprising;
• Willingness to travel.
