The company is fully owned by the Republic of Armenia and managed by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry. It manages a network of 777 post offices, 23 regional hubs, and an international mail exchange center to provide universal postal services, international deliveries, utility bill collections, and financial services. Haypost is an official member of both the Universal Postal Union and PostEurop. |
