I paid extra for next-day delivery of an important birthday present, only for it to sit in the depot for three days without any explanation. The tracking information kept showing "in transit" but no location updates. When I called customer service, I was on hold for twenty minutes before someone told me there was a "local sorting issue." Eventually the parcel arrived, but a week late and with the corner crushed. The apology from support felt scripted and insincere. I expected much better for the premium price I paid, and I'm now looking at alternatives for future shipments.

The tracking showed "out for delivery" at 8am, and by 3pm I had almost given up. Then I got a notification that the driver had left it with a neighbor because I wasn't home. My neighbor brought it over in perfect condition, and the packaging was intact. The whole process was surprisingly smooth, especially considering how nervous I was about sending something fragile through the post. I'd definitely use them again for small parcels.
