Meest IT - logistics software company is inviting a Technical Writer to join our team

Requirements:

• 2+ years of previous experience as a technical writer / copywriter / journalist
• 1+ years of experience in technical documentation writing
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages, English language level - Intermediate and above
• Experience with 1C, HTML, XML, json, SQL
• Knowledge of MS Office, Confluence, JIRA, visualization tools and graphical editors
• Willingness to deep into technical details
• Be highly creative, imaginative and curious;
• Attention to details
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Being a professional & easy communicator

Responsibility:

• Description of technical documentation of existing products and data bases
• Creating knowledge base of existing product
• Writing instructions and user guides, preparing presentation materials for internal and external use
• Updates of existing technical documentation
• Filling up our Confluence
• Collaboration with other teams - developers, testers, system administrators, business analysts
