Meest IT - logistics software company is inviting a Project Manager Position to join our team.

About the project

We develop IT solution for logistic-postal market. We have already worked out a strong CRM/ERP system for the huge national and international business which we keep supporting, developing, and improving. Our aim is to make logistics, delivery, and service easy and comprehensive either in Ukraine or all over the world.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as Project/Product manager (Scrum/Kanban teams);
• Ability to solve and troubleshoot on the fly;
• Tech background or strong understanding of Java, PHP;
• Experience in using JIRA and Confluence tools;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Ability to transform business requirements into the scope of work;
• To be an excellent communicator;
• Mentorship experience.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with 1С;
• Experience in administrating JIRA;
• Experience in Logistics.

Responsibility:

• Lead of several projects simultaneously (Internal+External);
• Strong cooperation with the Product Owner and the team;
• Planning, control and organization of the whole development process;
• Team motivation;
• Initiation of new projects + support of on-going ones;
• Advisory and coaching of the colleagues.
