skills Required:

• specialized technical education;
• excellent knowledge of Windows and server families;
• understanding of working of network protocols TCP/IP, vlan;
• Assembly skills PC understanding of the configuration.
• ability to work with the local network, pull cables;
• understanding of the principles of operation of the services DNS, DHCP;
• the ability to diagnose and fix problems in all of the above;
• Basic knowledge of working IP telephony

would Be a plus:

• basic knowledge of MacOS

Main tasks:

• it infrastructure TSO Poltava, Pervomayskiy 19 - Support, switching, movement to access and work;
• Technical support for the management of the company;
• Technical support g Poltava, support of queries;
• Support queries on it infrastructure and equipment of all facilities of the company in Poltava  remotely  exits.
