Requirements:

• higher education;
• experience on similar position from 2 years;
• strong computer skills, profound knowledge and practical skills with Microsoft Office (Excel - deep knowledge of Word, Power point, Outlook);
• hands-on experience with office equipment.

Main tasks:

• calculation of number of workers and control compliance with normative parameters;
• analysis and reporting the efficiency of use of working time;
• analysis and reporting productivity development of measures for its efficiency;
• operating the formation, maintenance and storage of the database on labor and payroll, number of employees, amendments to reference and normative information used in data processing. The counseling staff at places the calculation of the RFP;
• carrying out replacement timing observations and analysis of lost work time;
• control the implementation of standards, development and implementation of measures for optimization of labor costs;
