Responsibilities:

full cycle recruiting (drafting job vacancies, job websites to search for staff, organization and interviewing, an active search);
maintaining a database of potential candidates;
preparation of reports related to personnel selection;
participation in other projects of HR Department.

Requirements:

higher education;
experience as a personnel Manager for 2 years;
experience in bulk recruitment will be an advantage;
advanced PC user;
knowledge of fundamentals of labour legislation
