Key tasks:

• to support users;
• to carry out the installation and configuration of Windows, Mac OS, Linux.
• to assemble the PC;
• diagnose hardware and software failures PC;
• support local network in working condition and to carry out other tasks.

Requirements:

• specialized technical education;
• excellent knowledge of Windows system and server families;
• understanding of working of network protocols TCP/IP, vlan;
• skills PC assembling and understanding the configuration.
• ability to work with the local network, pull cables;
• understanding of the principles of operation of the services DNS, DHCP;
• the ability to diagnose and fix problems in all the above;
• Basic knowledge of IP telephony
• basic knowledge of MacOS would be a plus.
