Requirements:

• Higher education;br>
• Experience in a similar position in a company or recruiting Agency from 2 years.
  
• Knowledge of different methods of search and selection of personnel, evaluation of professional and personal qualities;
  
• Excellent verbal and written communications;
  
• Competent Russian/Ukrainian;

Main tasks:

• the Search and selection of personnel at various levels;
• Organization of mass recruitment of warehouse staff, including posting of ads.
• Regular monitoring and analysis of labor market;
• maintaining a database of the personnel reserve, including internal;
• Preparation of job profile, job descriptions, participation in development programs staff training and other regulatory documents;
• Organization and carrying out of the actions directed on formation of corporate culture.
