Responsibilities:

Monitoring the proper condition of the premises;
the Solution of problems concerning business matters of the company;
functional testing of equipment (lighting, heating, lift, water supply, etc.)
performs minor repair works (repair of offices, repair and replacement of plumbing, lighting, heating system);
Control the proper condition of the premises and the surrounding area;
Control of cleaning of the territory, the work of the cleaners and the janitor;
Control rational use of household materials and tools;

Requirements:

Education not below an average special
Practical skills of repair
Responsible and hardworking, with active life position, who owns the main building, electrosecurity and plumbing skills
Experience in a similar position (desirable).
