                              for permanent job "procurement Specialist".

Requirements:

·  Higher education

·  Experience on accounting of inventory

·  advanced PC user (excellent knowledge knowledge of : Word, Excel, Power Point)

·  Communication skills, responsibility, proactivity

·  Ability to make decisions

Responsibilities:

1. Central supply company main products: negotiation and selection of the optimal supplier
2. Work with existing contractors, searching new (ordering of goods, control supplies, logistics)
3.  analysis of the results of procurement preparing reports
4. Communication and addressing the current issues with remote structural units of the company on procurement
5. Maintain account balances inventory (posting, write-offs)
6. Working with documents (invoices, invoices)
7. Participation in projects and tasks aimed at automating the existing business processes on procurement

Conditions:

·  work Location: St. Pirogov path 135 Goloseevskiy district 

                                       (there is a service Shuttle buses from the metro station Lybidska).

·  Official employment;

·  opening hours: mon - PTS 9:00 to 18:00.
